lilith trusts rhys as far as she can throw him: admittedly further than she'd have thought, but still not as much as she'd have liked. he's... skittish, and though she's dealt with people like tannis who had reason to be, he's hyperion. though she likes him, she'd never put her life in the hands of somebody working for one of the big corporations. still, she likes him well enough. making fun of him is entertaining, and hadriel's phones have greatly benefited from pong. she still owes him a favor for the save when she first got here, too. that aside, though... she's not beholden to him. if he tries anything stupid, she won't pull her punches.

AXTON as THE COMMANDO

time travel is weird, and axton is weird. they're clearly friends (???) in the future, and she's flattered that he looks up to her, though! he probably knows something that he's not telling her about this whole hyperion and handsome jack business, but she's not going to bug him too much about it. don't wanna make enemies among friendly vault hunters, after all. besides: he knows about the bunkers and badasses. evidently, he's trustworthy enough.

MAKETH TUA as THE IMPERIAL
miike snow - cult logic [ X ]

maketh's attitude reminds her so much of good friends and allies from pandora that she can't help but already be comfortable around her. the little favors and expeditions they get up to remind her of running missions back home, and the woman's no-nonsense attitude gives lilith a bit of the stability that she secretly longs for: not to mention that lilith's very flattered by maketh's interest in her powers. that said, however, their personalities are different enough that they clash sometimes. which, well, freaks her out. but at least they're learning how to say sorry a little better. and if that doesn't work, at least they have tequila.

JACK as THE BOSS

jack's sensible, gave her food, likes to kill vicious creatures, and knows how to make bombs-- what's not to like? lilith seriously loves this dude; she enjoys working with him and plans on doing it a lot more in the future. she doesn't know too much about his life, nor does she care unless he opens up first. he's got too much good stuff going for him, and she's not exactly a paragon of virtue. 10/10, good bud, would explode wendigo with again.
