True. He's made it clear he dislikes me. [The feeling is mutual. Maketh may or may not have fantasized repeatedly about hitting him with a rock and leaving him for the monsters to find.] It would help if I knew more about...well, whatever he serves. It came from the Empire, but it's not the same.
At least thirty years after my time. [A lot could have happened.] It's possible I knew his father, or at least a relative of his when I was at the Academy. I'm not certain if that's helpful or not.
